Odegaard unlocks the Chelsea defence with a lovely dinked ball over them from the right. Martinelli has a lot to do at an angle, but learns from his chance in the first half, and goes at the near post. Arsenal are jubilant!

Chelsea played Martinelli onside through Colwill, who just hung off the rest of his team-mates there. Maresca will wonder why Saka, Rice and Martinelli were lining up at the back post with only Gusto around them. 

But that is such a vital goal for Martinelli, who so sorely needed it, and for Arsenal after going two games without a goal.
